1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the WanderVeil platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Booking & Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Advertised savings are calculated against the verified standard retail price at time of listing. WanderVeil acts as agent between you and the travel supplier; the contract for your travel services is with the supplier. We cannot guarantee prices until a booking is confirmed and the relevant deposit received.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation terms vary by journey and supplier, and are clearly displayed on each journey page before you confirm a booking. Where a "free cancellation" indicator appears, cancellation is free of charge up to the stated date. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, subject to the supplier's own conditions. Any WanderVeil service fee, where applicable, is non-refundable.

4. Member Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents — including passport, visa, and any required health certification — for your chosen destination. WanderVeil accepts no liability for travel denied due to insufficient documentation. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking, and you warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the WanderVeil platform, including editorial copy, photography, brand marks, and software, is the property of WanderVeil Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, or derivative works are not permitted without express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WanderVeil shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our platform or any travel services booked through it. Our total liability in respect of any single booking shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that booking.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
